7. Limitation of Liability

Andustry is a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of parties to complete transactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers should first use our mediation process. Disputes with Andustry will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
